At acquisition, this Public Private Partnership (PPP) consisted of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new University of Montreal Hospital Research Centre.
Now substantially complete, the facility can accommodate approximately 110 research teams and 500 temporary users including student and patients, with the project supported by availability-based revenues.
