The Ohio State University parking system, CampusParc, was the first long-term lease and concession for a North American university parking system.
The facility has approximately 37,000 parking spaces across 16 multi-story garages, 196 surface parking lots and 158 metered spaces. The asset is underpinned by a 50-year concession agreement with strong investor protections and a defined tariff escalation regime designed to boost predictability of cash flows.
