QIC Brisbane OfficePhil joined QIC in October 2010, based in Brisbane, and has been the Head of Private Debt Australia since February 2022. In this role, Phil is responsible for leading QIC’s Private Debt Australia business.
Phil has more than 28 years’ experience in Australian and international financial markets gained with leading global and domestic institutions including QIC, UBS Global Asset Management, Westpac Institutional Bank, BNP Paribas and Fitch Ratings.
Phil possesses a rare breadth of credit experience across global and domestic credit markets, private debt, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, CDS and structured finance.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
