Deidre has more than 20 years’ professional experience in the private and public sector across a range of industries including investment management, superannuation, insurance, energy, real estate, banking and retail.
Deidre brings to QIC a depth of experience in HR function establishment and leadership; organisational design and transformation projects; company acquisitions, divestments, and outsourcing; cultural integration; HR strategy development and implementation (including employee engagement, talent management and development, remuneration, benefits and reward, employee relations and DE&I).
Deidre holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Psychology, from Australian Catholic University.
