Kylie Rampa
Chief Executive Officer
As QIC’s Chief Executive Officer, Kylie leads the Executive Committee to drive QIC’s business strategy and operations.
QIC is one of the largest institutional investment managers in Australia. With circa $100 billion in funds under management, QIC is a long-term specialist manager in alternatives offering infrastructure, real estate, natural capital, private equity, private debt, liquid strategies and multi-asset investments.
Kylie has more than 25 years’ experience in investment management, particularly in real assets investing. Her expertise spans private markets, particularly real estate, and private and public capital markets, real estate development, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, and operations.
Prior to joining QIC, Kylie was Group Head of Investments at Lendlease, and a member of the global leadership team and global investment committee, with responsibility for driving the group’s global strategy to grow Lendlease’s funds under management and strategic capital partnerships.
Kylie also spent 13 years at Macquarie, across Australia and the USA, and at various stages in her career worked at Gandel Group, AMP and Schroders.
She currently sits on the board of the Sydney Opera House Trust. Kylie has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology.
Claire Blake
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
As Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Claire oversees a number of QIC's corporate and operational functions - Finance, Operations and Technology, HR, Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, and ESG.
Claire has over 30 years' experience in financial services and has held numerous roles within QIC.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Financial Services Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sam O'Sullivan
Chief Risk Officer
Sam leads QIC’s Risk Management Group which is responsible for managing risk and governance at QIC. Under Sam’s leadership, QIC’s Risk Management Group focuses on Investment Risk, Operational Risk and Workplace Health and Safety.
With over 20 years’ experience in risk management, Sam joins QIC from Aurizon where he was Head of Risk and Assurance. Prior to joining Aurizon, Sam spent three years at a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund in the position of Manager, Investment Services, where he worked with investment teams across real estate, private equity and infrastructure. Sam was also previously the Head of Investment Performance and Risk and Head of Investment Compliance and Risk Management at QIC.
Sam is a graduate from the University of Queensland in Economics and Arts (Psychology) and has a post-Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Economics from the Securities Institute of Australia and Certificate in Energy Risk Management from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management.
Ravi Sriskandarajah
Executive Director, Client Solutions & Capital
Ravi leads QIC’s Client Solutions and Capital team and is responsible for overseeing all third-party clients, product development and marketing communication strategies. Ravi is also a member of QIC’s Executive Management Team who are responsible for corporate, strategic and whole-of-organisation matters, as well as internal approval of products and mandates.
Prior to joining QIC, Ravi was Head of BMO Global Asset Management, Asia Pac, while also CEO of LGM Investments, BMO GAM’s London-based emerging and frontier market equity boutique. In addition, Ravi has been BlackRock Australia Managing Director – Head of Institutional Business.
Ravi has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
